Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ENF Development Services application and related services (the "Service") operated by ENF Development Services ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ENF Development Services provides tools that help you draft, organize, and publish video content to social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, including publishing to TikTok through TikTok's official Content Posting API. The Service acts on your behalf only after you explicitly connect an account and authorize the relevant permissions.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connecting your TikTok account

When you connect TikTok, you authorize ENF Development Services to publish content to your account using the video.publish and video.upload scopes. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings or by contacting us. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. You agree to comply with TikTok's community guidelines and applicable policies when publishing through the Service.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the video, captions, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant ENF Development Services a limited license to process, transmit, and upload Your Content solely to provide the Service — that is, to publish it to the accounts you direct. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law or platform policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates TikTok's or any platform's policies;
• Post spam, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security, or authentication controls;
• Access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or the underlying platform APIs.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. We do not control those platforms, and their availability, APIs, and policies may change or restrict functionality at any time. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be published successfully in every case.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENF Development Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with a platform's requirements.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
