This Privacy Policy explains how ENF Development Services ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the ENF Development Services application and related services (the "Service"), including the TikTok integration. We collect only what we need to operate the Service on your behalf, and we never sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we store the credentials and basic profile needed to sign you in.
TikTok information. When you connect your TikTok account and grant permission, we access and store the following through TikTok's official APIs:

We request only the scopes required for this functionality
(video.publish, video.upload, and basic login).
We do not access your private messages, your followers' data, or content
unrelated to the posts you choose to publish.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Service and publish content to your connected accounts at your direction;
- To display your publishing options, drafts, and post status;
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- To communicate with you about the Service.
We do not use your TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or resale, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.
3. How we share information
- With TikTok: We transmit the content and requests you initiate to TikTok's Content Posting API in order to publish on your behalf. This is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.
- Service providers: We use infrastructure and hosting providers to run the Service; they process data only on our instructions.
- Legal: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Data storage & retention
Access and refresh tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. We retain your TikTok tokens and connection data only for as long as your account is connected and you continue to use the Service. Video content is held transiently to complete the upload to TikTok and is not retained for any purpose beyond publishing unless you save it as a draft.
5. Deleting your data & revoking access
You can remove your data at any time:
- Disconnect ENF Development Services from your TikTok account settings (Manage app permissions). This revokes our tokens.
- Disconnect the account from within the ENF Development Services dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens.
- Email us at eric@bankablebusinessblueprint.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
When access is revoked, we delete the associated TikTok tokens and connection records.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of stored credentials, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
